The Kitz Kristall Mountain Resort & Spa is located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Kaprun which together with its neighbour Zell am See and the adjacent Kitzsteinhorn Glacier forms the Ski Europa Sport Region.

The 50 apartments will be built within 2 main buildings which surround the luxury private spa, to be used exclusively by the owners and their guests. The majority of the apartments are orientated towards the impressive Kitzsteinhorn Glacier allowing stunning views from the apartments.

The architecture for the one to four bed luxury apartments is drawn from the local ‘Pinzgau' tradition which is married with ultra modern specification and eco-friendly wherever it can be.

All the buildings are constructed to maximise the stunning views and wherever possible large opening balcony screens will allow natural light to flood into the apartments. Whilst reflecting the local architectural vernacular the development is based on ultra modern ecologically sound principles. Wherever possible all materials and labour are locally sourced and insulation levels are set to incredibly high standards to keep running costs to a minimum.
