Property situated in a picturesque village near Byala, Ruse District. The village is the administrative centre of Tsenovo municipality, which lies in the western part of Rousse Province. Tsenovo is located along the lower course of the Yantra River, in the central Danubian Plain, 32 kilometres from Svishtov and 45 kilometres from the provincial capital of Rousse. The modern village of Tsenovo was founded in the late 16th-early 17th century. On 14 August 1934, it was renamed to Tsenovo in honour of the influential Svishtov merchant Dimitar Apostolov Tsenov who donated 40 million leva for the construction of the Svishtov University of Economics.

The Municipality

Tsenovo municipality is located in the eastern part of North-Central Bulgaria in Ruse District. The Municipality consists of 9 villages. It is situated along the lower stream of the Yantra River in the Hilly Danube Plain. The Municipality Centre ( village of Tsenovo) is located at the largest curves of Yantra River, 25 km away from the Danube River. Svishtov - Tsenovo - Byala and Svishtov - Tsenovo - Ruse roads pass through Tsenovo. Through Byala railway station, which is 9 km. away, the village is connected to Ruse - Gorna Oriahovitsa railroad.

The District

Ruse Region includes a part of the hilly Danube Plain, the Danube riverside plain of Pobrezhie and part of Ludogorie lowlands. It is bounded by the regions of Silistra, Razgrad, Targovishte and Veliko Tarnovo, and borders Romania to the north with the Danube River as a boundary. Some of the big rivers are the Yantra and the Rusenski Lom.
