The village of Brashlianitsa is located in the middle of Central North Bulgaria, just 25 kilometers away from the town of Pleven and 30 kilometers from the Danube River. The area has an interesting broken terrain, which provides beautiful view to the surrondings. Several natural lakes around the village are giving great fishing opportunities.The village has all the basic utilities like post office, shops, pubs, cafes etc.

The property shown is located in the center of the village and near the Health Service. It comprises of two houses and adjoining plot of 1600 sq. m. of land.
