Each owner will be allocated use of the Villa for two weeks of their choice each year. (Owners who purchase a 1/52nd share will be allocated one week annually alternating each year between high and low seasons). You can holiday on your own or with family and friends or you can lend it without restriction.

Weeks unused by investors will be offered by G.I.P. on the very lucrative short term holiday rental market. The Villa will have a weekly rental value of € 5,000 to € 15,000. Such rental received will be pooled, to be divided pro rata for the benefit of all owners who do not use their allocated week(s).
