Property management

The investor offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 7.2 Euro / sq.m with VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.
The fee includes the following services:

• Ongoing development and maintenance of lawns and ornamental plants;
• Monitoring and taking emergency measures in case of extreme and force majeure situations against damage;
• Ongoing maintenance of sanitary equipment and plumbing system;
• Current cleaning, lighting and maintenance of the common areas;
• Operation and maintenance of the swimming pools during the summer months and preparing it for the winter;
• Ongoing collection and disposal of garbage from the common areas;
• General cleaning of common areas prior to the summer season;
• Other services and activities that the company finds necessary for the performance of assigned duties.
Renting out

The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by the company of the investors. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from one’s property, which is paid after the season. The owners shall pay an annual fee for that service.
Reservation

Any apartment in complex Sunny View South can be booked as a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within
