Property situated in a very well known village, famous with its sanatorium using the village's natural mineral water spring for different water-healing procedures and massages. The village is offering all basic utilities like Post-office, several pubs, cafes, shops, etc. There is also regular bus transport to the surronding towns. A train station is available in the neighbouring village of Morava.

About the Village

The village of Ovcha Mogila is located in Central North Bulgaria, 30 kilometers south from the town of Svishtov and the Danube River. 2 kilometers away from the village is the international road I 3, which is a very important line of communications between Romania, Bulgaria and Greece.

The population of Ovcha Mogila is about 2000 people, most of them Orthodoxal Christians. Nearby the village's center is the church, which was built at the begining of the 20th century and is a real cultural monument.

The village's national pride is the mineral spring, which is known to have healed many people of their locomotory system's problems. Based on this spring in the village was built a Sanatorium famous in the whole country.

The Municipality

Svishtov Municipality is situated in the northernmost part of Veliko Tarnovo District and borders through the Danube River on the Republic of Romania and the following municipalities: Polski Trambesh in Veliko Turnovo District, Tsenovo in Russe District, and Levski in Pleven District.
