Property situated in a very picturesque village with long and interesting history. The village is part of Veliko Tarnovo District, and offers all the basic utilities such as a post-office, several shops, pubs, cafes, etc. A regular bus transport to the surronding towns is also provided.

The property shown is located on walking distance from the village's center. It is a solid, brick-built house on two levels with a big yard and plenty of farm buildings. The estate is in overall excellent condition.

All these could be used by their original purpose, or could easily be transformed into anything else (e.g. additional living area, playing rooms, workshops, BBQ area, etc.).
