Behind the bar is the kitchen (6.5mï) which has only just been renovated. The walls are tiled in white and steel. There is a double sink and separate hand basin with foot operated water supply, glass washer, 2 chilled display cabinets, chest freezer, plancha and deep fat fryer with extractor and coffee machine. There is access to the kitchen from the bar and the terrace.



Any buyer wishing to use the kitchen would need to upgrade the licence to a bar/restaurant. This is reflected in the price.
