DESCRIPTION

Costa Antigua is situated some two minutes north of Caleta de Fuste, a purpose built holiday resort on the east coast of Fuerteventura, a short distance from the airport and twenty minutes from the island capital of Puerto del Rosario.

Costa Antigua is mainly a residential area with a small number of hotels, restaurants and bars nearby. A wider choice can be found in neighbouring Caleta de Fuste which has been developed into a very relaxing and friendly holiday resort for all to enjoy.

In Caleta there are two 18 hole golf courses as well as the Atlantico shopping centre and several brand new 4 & 5 star hotels and complexes.

“Las Claudias” which is a brand new residential development, consists of 8 modern design duplex semi-detached villas with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious lounge/dining area and separate kitchen.

The lounge, with it's wide glass doors, opens out onto the garden, sun patio, private swimming pool and barbeque area. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and private balcony. There is also private covered parking for two cars.

The all year round climate of Fuerteventura allows you to enjoy and spend most of your time outside which is why the living room has been designed with wide glass doors that allow it to integrate with the garden to create a greater sensation of space.
