This is a partly renovated property situated on a small hill of a picturesque village close to several market towns and Yantra River. It takes an hour drive to get to the nearest International airport in Bucharest; two hours to Sofia; two and a half hours drive to Varna and the sea coast and half an hour to Veliko Tarnovo. The nearest food shop is on walking distance and the nearest big shopping center is in Svistov which is at about 10 minutes drive away.

The property consists of a single-storied house on two levels with cellar underneath, nice garden that offers privacy and much space for a green garden and a swimming pool; small BBQ area and some outbuildings.

The house has three rooms, premise for a bathroom and a hallway on the first floor; kitchen with dinning area on the ground level and a cellar that is accessed through the kitchen. Situated in the central part of the village and in the same time on a quiet road, just about 2 miles from Yantra river and only 10 miles before it flows into Danube river the property is ideal for relocation or holidays. The village has several shops, medical center, bar, restaurant, bus stop, etc. There are regular transport connections towards Ruse, Byala and Sofia on every hour. Local people are very friendly and helpful and there are other foreign citizens owning properties in the village and some are living permanently there.

The area around the village is hilly – with many forests, wide plains and a wonderful and picturesque river curving through the valley. It is extremely pleasant for recreation, holidays, fishing, hunting or horse riding. The river does not cause any floods in the area as it lays about 50 – 60 m. lower than the village.
