Reservation and payment plan

Any apartment in Pearl complex can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.
Payment plans:
Standard Plan A

• 2000 non-refundable deposit upon reservation of the apartment;
• 30 % first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within 28 days after the deposit;
• 70 % second installment at transferring the ownership rights;
Plan B deferred payment no additional interest rate:

• 2000 non-refundable deposit upon reservation of the apartment;
• 50 % first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within 28 days after the deposit;
• The rest of the installments are individually arranged within a period of 1 year without paying an additional interest rate.
The ownership rights are transferred after the full payment is done.
Plan C with 10 % discount – when buying more than one property (apartment + shop or two apartments):

• 2000 non-refundable deposit upon reservation of the apartment;
• 30 % first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within 28 days after the deposit;
• 70 % second installment at transferring the ownership rights;
Property management

The investor company offers professional property management of the complex by a registered company. All owners must pay a fee of 0.79 BGN/ sq.m per month with VAT (approx.. 0.41 EUR/sq.m.) for the maintenance service.
