Golf Country I is a fantastic development situated in Tuzla close to Bogazici village, near Bodrum. This complex sits on green slopes with Tuzla Lake on one side and the sea on the other which has the view of a brand new 18 and 9 hole golf course in the front. The newest project consists of 2 bedroom apartments set in 10.000 m2 of land. Tuzla area is the only area where the lake unites with the sea. Landscaping and Swimming Pool: Areas outside of the houses shall either be laid with grass or plants shall be planted. Natural stone and outdoor tiles shall be compatible with landscaping Project. Parking area, resting area and swimming pool are planned in the Project and shall conform to international standards.
Social Complex: There is a Turkish bath, Sauna, adult’s pool and children’s pool, Jacuzzi, sport complexes, playground, snack bar and sufficient number of parking lots. The administration Office and care-taker’s apartment shall also be delivered at the same time with the complex.
Flooring: Terraces and balconies shall be tiled with outdoors tiles which are suitable for water proofing and other insulation types. Bathroom walls shall be ceramic tiled from floor up to the ceiling. 1st class quality ceramic tiles shall be used for all interior flooring. Stairs and landings shall be 1st class quality certified travertine marble. Certain parts of the exterior walls shall be clad with natural stone as shown in the architectural Project.
Doors, Windows and Pergola: Interior doors shall be monoblock doors. TSE (Turkish Standards Institute) certified PVC frames shall be used for windows and windows shall be double glazed. Wooden and metal pergolas shall be constructed in accordance with the architectural Project. The front door of the building shall be steel.
Kitchen: All standard requirements have been taken into consideration whilst designing the kitchens and the kitchen units shall be supplied by Turkey’s leading Kitchen Manufacturers. Integrated appliances shall be used in the kitchens. Dishwasher, extractor fan, hob and oven are all standard.
Bathrooms: All sanitary units, ceramic tiles and taps to be installed in the bathrooms shall carry ISO 9002 quality certificate and CE certificate. Vanity units shall be fitted in the bathrooms as well as bathroom unit and Jacuzzi tub.
Cladding and Painting: Exterior walls shall be plastered with cement and be painted with silicon based exterior paint. Interior walls shall be painted with water based plastic paint. Ceilings shall be painted with water based plastic ceiling paint.
Heating and Cooling: Compatible piping and cabling for electrical combi boiler system for hot water shall be supplied by Nokta Company. All rooms and the lounge shall be fitted with Arçelik split air-conditioning unit.
Management: The complex shall be management by a Professional management company.
