Location
The site is situated in the outskirts of Bansko, five minutes drive to the Gondola and the ski area and ten minutes to the 18 hole par 72 golf course designed by Ian Woosnam. The views of Rila and Pirin mountains are spectacular across 360°, and the few developments taking place there are of a higher quality than those in the town.
Design
The complex has been designed by Vienna educated architect Vladimir Tashev, the designer of the 5 star Kempinski Hotel in Bansko. The alpine style in construction is combined with Bulgarian national style with some influence of the Rocky mountain chalets in Canada.
