Royal Golf Resort and Spa offers a variety of one and two bedroom apartments, studios and duplexes ranging from 23,300 Euros to 134,500 Euros.

The apartments will be finished to a high standard and are sold with furnished bathrooms and furnished kitchens with appliances. All apartments will have electricity installation, water and drainage. Economical radiators will be used for heating and in each apartment there will be an Internet connection and a direct telephone line.

Following completion of the build which is due in 2010, the developer is expecting to be in a position to offer a contract with a tour agency for rental of the apartments which is expected to return between 5 and 8 % of the price per annum given the location and level of facilities.

Currently in the region of Razlog and Bansko at the moment are 8 golf course projects. The plan is for Bulgaria and specially the region of Razlog to be soon the golf centre of the Balkans and become a four-season holiday destination.

The first golf course to be built is a Championship class 18-hole (par 72) layout, designed by 2006 Ryder Cup European Team captain, Ian Woosnam. It is believed that the first Pirin Golf tournaments will be played here in 2010. Other courses are expected to be completed from 2009 onwards.

Bansko is well known for its long ski season which can last from the end of November through to the end of April. New ski runs and chair lifts have been added to the existing network for the 2007 / 2008 season and work is expected to start on the new gondola lift leading from the town to the base station in 2008.
