The Valleys - 8,400 Ha. of mountainside on which to enjoy skiing and mountain sports in the valleys of Filia, Rus and Manyanet.

The Lakes - Access to the Aigüestortes National Park via the cable car to lake Gento.

El Pla d’Espui set at an altitude of 1,200 metres close to the village of Espui, acts as the resort’s nerve centre: a pedestrian village that will provide most of the shopping and leisure facilities for the whole valley.

It is here that the luxury hotels and apart-hotels, the shops, bars and restaurants, the leisure and sports facilities, a spa covering more than 2,000 square metres, the residential area, the golf course and the engine house for the “Espui” tri-cable gondola ski-lift will be located.

Near the village, a residential development consisting of apartments and duplexes will be constructed on a site that has excellent communication links as well as its own services and amenities.

Within the village, an area consisting of a number of 4 and 5 star hotels and apart-hotels will be developed.

The development will take place in several stages and will provide accommodation for 2,500 people. The hotels will be equipped with a good variety of restaurants as well as shopping and sporting facilities.

The apartments have been designed to be in complete harmony with their surroundings, using traditional building materials that are wholly compatible with local architectural styles and with the environment. Buildings provide typical alpine-style low density housing that blend perfectly with the superb natural surroundings.

2 and 3 bed apartments are available ranging is size from 58m2 to 116m2. Completion date for the first phase is the last quarter of 2008.
