About the Development

Chateau Aheloy is situated approximately 300m from the sea in between the villages of Aheloy and Ravda, just 7 km from the city of Nessebаr and the famous resort of Sunny Beach. Bourgas Airport is only 20 km away meaning that transfer times are amongst the shortest for beach holidays in Europe.

Set in a total area of over 5,000 sqm, Chateau Aheloy is a luxurious development of 127 studio, one and two bedroom apartments divided into two sections with four entrances. The apartments will be complimented by 2 large interconnected swimming pools and a separate children’s swimming pool. Other facilities in the development include extensive sun terraces, an open-air bar, parking and landscaped gardens.

Prices for the Chateau Aheloy apartments are between 750 and 800 Euros per sqm, in the neighbouring development of Marina Cape Residence, prices are between 1,300 and 2,000 Euros per sqm.

Total prices for studio apartments range from 31,040 to 43,280 Euros, prices for one bedroom apartments range from 43,875 to 66,480 Euros and prices for two bedroom apartments range from 56,100 to 80,000 Euros.

Chateau Aheloy is due to be finished at the end of May 2009 allowing for a long term payment plan but completion in readiness for the Summer season of 2009.

About the Area

The local beaches in the area are defined by the natural craggy coastline offering rocky outcrops and sweeping bays with sandy beaches.

The village of Aheloy is a quiet area with a local population of around 5,000 people. There are a few bars and restaurants in Aheloy but the area is a quiet resort, far from the noise of the bustling major cities.

Ravda is a more developed coastal resort with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants as well as some nightclubs.

Nessebar town is split into two parts, the new and the old, the new part has a number of bars and restaurants and serves as the municipal capital of the area. Located on a small peninsula which is linked with the land by a long and narrow isthmus is the old part of Nessebar. This heritage protected area is a massive tourist attraction with its cobbled streets, ancient buildings and historical monuments as well as quiet restaurants and fashionable cafes.

Bulgaria’s most famous coastal resort, Sunny Beach is a further 2km away. Sunny Beach is a modern bustling resort that is dominated by a 5km long wide sandy beach and a pedestrian promenade which is lined with cafes, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and other tourist attractions.
