This quaint property is set to the side of a flowing river on the edge of Bournezeau. The nearest large town is La Roche Sur Yon- which is situated near the Atlantic coast and is the capital of the Vendée département. Today it is a busy commercial and industrial centre.The center is dominated by an equestrian statue of the emperor, Napoléon who was the driving force behind the creation of the city.
