A gated development…
The development is accessed via a main remote controlled gate, and the entire development is “walled in” to ensure privacy and security. This means that when you enter Paradisus, you are in your own corner of heaven, surrounded only by like-minded neighbours and/or guests.

A video porter system will allow you to screen your visitors before buzzing them in.
The parking levels also have remote controlled gates.

Guest Parking…
While all owners will have private garage parking, provision has been made for guest parking, both within and outside the gate.
