Inside of each villa: the hall, the living-room (with fireplace), the corridors, the kitchen and the bathroom will be paved, with inner ceramic mosaic and all the steps in stone, as well as door and window sills. The plaster applied in the inside, in ceilings and walls, will be fine plaster protrude with finishing in white paint or another colour.

The doors will be in "M.D.F.", foiled in tola wood, cushioned, with "Mate" varnish.

In the bedrooms the floor will be in wood (floating rule). The doors of the wardrobes will be made of "laminate" type wood, with sliding mirror in an aluminium gutter.

In the bathrooms, the cabinets will have counters in stone with built-in washbasin. The taps and the sanitary ceramics will be "Roca" and/or "Sanitana". The main bathroom will have a hydromassage bath. On the walls, tiles type 31 x 14 will be applied, ivory, with decorative border.

The cupboards of the kitchen will be "Esquadria" with covers in granite and equipment installed, Siemens, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, ventilator and heater.

In all villas a cable net will be installed for satellite, electric and telephonic distribution system, alarm system connected to the central, and pre-instalment of air conditioned.
