El Paraiso is located in Torrevieja, 20 miles from Alicante airport and 15 miles from San Javier airport in Murcia. El Paraiso was built in 1998 and was one of the last properties built within walking distance of the town centre and beach. The centre or marina with all of its water sports, diving, fishing, sailing and windsurfing is a 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The blue flag rated beach is just 5 minutes walk. There are also some secluded beaches and cliff walks within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The three main golf courses are within 10-15 minutes drive from the apartment. All of the apartments are owner/occupiers so it is a nice, peaceful, safe and well looked after complex. The apartment is made up of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, lounge and bathroom. The lounge leads out through French doors to small balcony overlooking the two pools (one adult pool, one kids pool) Upstairs there is a very large private solarium with pergola, also overlooking the pool with views of the San Miguel Lake and mountains in the background. This is not something you usually find when buying an apartment in a complex! All floors are tiled and the apartment will be sold with everything included i.e.: Fridge/Freezer, cooker, washing machine, beds, curtains, sofa, sofa bed, table and chairs, sideboard, TV, video, etc.. This apartment was tastefully furnished when it was bought and has been used only as a base for work in southern Spain. It is absolutely immaculate. This is excellent value for an apartment in this development!!
