The three apartments will be located in an existing historic building in the town centre with unrivalled views over the surroundings. Two of the units will have a private garden and the third will be a duplex covering the two top floors of the building.

The surface of each of the apartments is approximately 55 sqm. Each one has a private entrance and panoramic views.

The apartments will be finished using the most up-to-date techniques and materials, which emphasise the rustic features of the building, such as brick vault ceilings, antique "cotto" floors, wooden beams and traditional brickwork.
