Within the village, six houses will be built on a sloping piece of land, with panoramic view to the White Mountains and to the Mediterranean Sea. The houses are surrounded by olive groves and beautiful nature. The Municipal road provides access to the underground carport and storage area. An external staircase leads you to the upper level where the common area and houses are situated. A small entrance plaza welcomes you; here you can sit in the shade, enjoy the view or watch a game of Petanque. Walking past the petanque court, you enter a secluded garden, an inner oasis of selected plants and fruit trees. The houses surrounds the contemplative common garden, inspired by orthodox cloister courtyards. Beside the fruit garden is the swimming pool area with sun deck chairs and external shower. Each house is entered through a semi-private courtyard and a covered entrance area. Higher walls facing common areas provide privacy to roof terraces. Once inside, the house opens up with large windows towards the private garden. Each house has central heating, air-condition in all bedrooms, and is delivered ready with white goods included. All houses have their own carport, and are guaranteed sea view! Loutra Springs is situated 2.5 km from the sea, in walking distance through the olive groves! Each house can be supplied with handmade furnitures, designed by the architects. In each private garden, there is the possibility for a custom-made jacuzzi/swimmingpool and a outdoor kitchen/barbeque. Estimated start of constructions, summer 2007, completion within 12-18 months. Common expenses are estimated to 150€ per month.
