The former Max-Kreuziger-Oberschule school grounds is being carefully restored and renovated in two construction phases and will be transformed into an elegant residential palace. A total of 67 flats will be created with approximately 53 m² to 143 m² of living space. The restoration / renovation work being implemented and the furnishings and fixtures used are above-average and have been coordinated with the authority responsible for the conservation of historical monuments. On the former schoolyard, dotted with older trees, a park-like green area will be created with fountains and a playground. Parking places for cars and bikes are also planned. The Max Kreuziger building was built in 1952-53 in a neo-classical style. In the socialist “school palace”, expensive materials (fine wood, travertine) were used and it was lavishly decorated using stucco, stone inlay and high quality exterior plaster.
