The list price of the two acre residential vineyard is £199,950 / €254,950 with the quarter acre personal vineyard costing £14,950 / €18,950.

How does the financing work?
75% interest-free financing over 15 years (payments start 2010) is available on the residential plots, requiring a total deposit of just under £45,000 / €56,850. The reason we can afford to offer such generous financing in a country where little or none is available is due to the structure of the joint venture we have agreed with the Pelegrina family, original owners of the Dos Rosas site with three generations of wine making experience. While they have the expertise to grow, store, bottle and distribute high quality wine, Someplace Else will be adding huge value to this unique site by building, marketing and operating a boutique hotel, restaurant and luxury villas.

The first ten vineyard purchasers will also receive a 10% discount on the list price and have the option of offsetting their monthly interest free payments against the wine income - an incredible offer in todays tight credit markets.
