The 3 bedrooms are efficiently arranged off of the main living area. Bedroom one is furnished with 2 bunk beds, Bedroom two and three have double beds. Each bedroom has a storage cupboard, bedside table and lamp. The bathroom features a full size tub, toilet, separate shower cabin and a sink unit. There is an additional separate WC.

Theholiday villas at Etang Vallier Resort in the holiday park are sold with the possibility of claiming back the VAT if you decide to let them out during the 1st 9 years to tourists. The Agency Fees, and furniture pack are included. If you don't want to rent- add 19.6% VAT with a final purchase price of 125 000€
