TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE BUILDING




Reinforced concrete: The static calculations of our buildings has been computed by performing them in accordance to the high tolerances, and their concretes have been performed by using BS 25 high dosage ready concrete. The concrete surfaces have been spread the material which increases adrenance before the plaster, and it has been excellent for the plaster and concrete to connect each other.




Insulating: In order to insulate the foundations of our buildings from water, KSTER mark ( natural rubber- bitum based water insulation material ), which is the latest product of technology has been used. It is a material convenient to DIN 18 195 standards, and isn’t affected by the aggressive underground waters and micro-organisms.


At the terraces, balconies and bathrooms which have got the most problem, again KSTER-NB SYSTEM ( cement based water insulation ) has been used. It is resistant to 13.8 bar water pressure from negative and positive side.




EXTERNAL SIDE JOINERY : The windows have been made of plastic pwc system joinery, and the most special chosen material is 70 mm thick, and designed with four rooms; all the materials are resistant to UV rays and convenient to (TS)-(EN) standards. All the gaskets is convenient to EN 12356 standards, grouting insulated, and strengthen with double gaskets. They are 4+12+4 glassed, comforting with fly-stopping keepers, performing high insulating on every sort of climate conditions, they obtain heat and energy savings.
