It is at the end the construction of the stone house with a swimming pool at only 6 km from the center of Porec and the sea. Houses were built in the old style Istrian coated Istrian stone. Three houses are selfstanding and have a pool size of approximately 20 m2 while two in the series, one of which has a swimming pool, and the other has a Jacuzzi than 4 m2.

Every house is made G+1 (ground floor and first floor) and has a wooden roof, a top isolation, safe, watering the garden, fireplace with indoor fireplace and preparation for alarm and video surveillance.

This house is built on the plot size of 589 m2 and has on the ground floor: bathroom, two bedrooms, kitchen and dinning room, living room, covered terrace, a storage, and on the floor: a bedroom, bathroom and a terrace.
